The End of 2009

What a year this has been for RATB.com!  Our little website we designed just to document our theme park adventures has really turned into a industry-wide recognized enthusiast site.  This year has seen exclusive interviews with park insiders, first ride opportunities on record breaking roller coasters, and of course the already legendary Festival of Fear Tour 2009.

So how do we top all of this in 2010?

Let's start with the Festival of Fear tour.  Rex and I had a hunch this would be a memorable event, but we had no idea just how much fun we were going to have and the kind of response we would receive from haunt owners around the country.  We have already began planning for the Festival of Fear Tour 2010, including some on-site live broadcasting at local Denver haunts.  We found ourselves so busy this year with traveling and experiencing the houses that we had trouble keeping up with the written reviews!  Thus, we learned a great deal from our first FOF tour and will be sure to make next year even better.

But 2010 is going to be full of other amazing RATB trips.  Let's not forget that next year is the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Islands of Adventure in Orlando, FL!  You better believe that RATB.com will be there to document this new island of our favorite theme park, complete with pictures, video, and of course podcasts.  In addition, we are planning to hit a couple of parks that have alluded us all these years, some of which might be surprising to our readers.  And of course, we will be keeping an eye out for other new attractions and events that we can experience and bring the adventure right into your living room.

Thanks for hanging with us this year and making our little website so much fun.  You might see some design changes this year that will hopefully make our adventures even more accessible to you.  Rex and I really do appreciate the support and we looking forward to a great 2010.
